The COBB Titanium Cat-Back Exhaust is un-matched in build quality, style, and performance. Utilizing Grade 1 titanium tubing and stamped flanges and Grade 2 titanium for the hangers, this cat-back offers high corrosion resistance and protection from impacts. Back purging ensures quality welds that will not fail due to contamination. The entire system uses slip-fit connections, allowing for a wide range of adjustment.
This system starts up-front with a pressed-titanium flange that utilizes the factory donut gasket for a compliant, yet leak free installation. 3" tubing then leads back to a Y-section which transitions to dual 2.5" tubes that end at the custom titanium mufflers. These mufflers offer straight-through design with perforated tubing and exit through dual 2.5" outlets.
Blued titanium tips add a distinct touch and offer adjustability. Each tip connects to the muffler outlets with a 2.5" slip-fit connection which transitions into a 3.5" slant cut tip with blued titanium finish. Each tip is hand-burnt so there may be some variance.
Best of all, this complete system weighs in at 25 lbs assembled, nearly 30% lighter than its stock exhaust.
